We will provide confidential statistical reports, and assist you to identify trends and obstacles identified within your organization.

Utilization Reports:
We provide you with anonymous EAP utilization statistics, corporate trends, and future needs analysis on a annual basis, or as requested.

Employee Counseling:
The faster an employee receives help, the faster he or she can return to productive performance at work and at home. This benefits your staff, of course, but is also extremely beneficial to you, the employer. Major employers offer their employees access to counseling because the benefits justify the investment. At HRA we offer professional solution-focused counseling that helps your employees and their household members problem-solve and effectively manage:

  • Stress at home and/or at work
  • Anxiety & depression
  • Addictions, compulsive gambling, alcohol & drug abuse
  • Anger & domestic violence
  • Relationships ending
  • Trauma & loss Financial & legal crises
  • Parenting & child behavior problems
  • Elder care & retirement issues

Legal Services:
We also offer consultation with our attorney. This occurs after the employee speaks with an EAP professional. That person relays the issue or questions to our legal counsel. our attorney researches the question, and then an appointment is scheduled for an attorney-client consultation. (This allows the best use of the clients and the attorneys time.)

Generally, most business and corporate clients choose our standard coverage that provides up to four counseling visits for an individual or family during the year. This is our average contract, but we will work with you to tailor an EAP agreement that best fits your organization.
