Dr. Bob Wishnoff

The founding President of Human Resource Associates, a consulting organization focused on issues related to people, productivity and profit. He earned his bachelor of science degree in psychology from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. He holds both a master's degree and doctorate from the State University of New York at Albany's Department of Counseling Psychology. For over 20 years, HRA's professional staff has provided consistent services to some of our countries respected employers.

 

Sally Hart
 
Sally is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) providing consulting expertise to a wide variety of businesses and employers. Her focus involves all aspects of HR activities, from the development of employee practices and policies, to employee handbooks and the implementation workplace process improvement plans. Sally is available to work with you on a range of human resources issues, including organizational development, benefits administration and employee relations. Sally holds a Bachelor of Science degree in education from the State University of New York, College at Brockport and a Master of Science degree from Russell Sage College in Troy, New York. Jodi Tully, LCSW
 

Jodi is the Clinical Supervisor of HRA. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Science degree in Social Welfare from SUNY @ Albany. Jodi has over 5 years of clinical experience in assessment of substance abuse and psychiatric problems, individual and group counseling, consulting, and crisis intervention with individuals and their significant others. Jodi specializes in mental health, substance abuse, treatment of co-occurring disorders, weight and body image issues, and relationship issues.
