Dr. Bob Wishnoff, President of Human Resource Associates (HRA) is pleased to announce the expansion of our HR consulting practice with the addition of a new service that will be available to our current and anticipated clients going forward. We are calling the new service the Human Resources Consulting Services. Ms. Sally Hart, SPHR has joined our staff as the senior project director to provide leadership and technical advice for many of your Human Resources projects that just cannot be provided internally. Sally is a veteran HR professional with more than 20 years of varied HR experience, with a multitude of some of the Capital District’s largest employers. She has a proven track record of providing the HR perspective and influence to management teams, and to strategizing and aligning a strong HR direction for a company’s change and growth. Sally and the HRA team are now ready to bring this experience to your workplace. Specifically, our Human Resources Consulting Services will provide your organization with cost-effective, quality assistance with Compensation and Performance Management, Employee Relations and Workplace Investigations, Human Resource Audits and Legal Compliance, Policy Development and Process Improvement, along with other customized HR projects on your agenda.
