Critical Incident Response

Unexpected events can and do occur within the workplace – the sudden death of an employee; tragic accidents; violence in the workplace; disasters. Staff are trained in Incident Response and Critical Incident support and will come on site to help support your employees. This individual and group support can help reduce the impact of these events and shorten recovery time. Of course they may also individually access our services to help them through.

In the event of such an incident occurring outside of regular business hours, please call the office (518) 434-1799 and dial extension 30. It will prompt you to leave a message. After the call is terminated, on-call staff will be notified and your call will be returned. Please be sure to leave a detailed message including a call-back number. Your return call may come from a blocked number, so please be sure to accommodate this.
